SAREEFAB.COM ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE THE DECISION OF CANCELLING OR RETURN AN ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO SO. HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY URGE AND REQUEST YOU ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS –
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to support@sareefab.com. Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.
  • If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.
  • Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be cancelled.
  • We can Issue 80% amount Refund If order is moved for procurement(20% will be order processing & procurement charges.)
  • In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued full refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.
  • Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.
  • If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
RETURN POLICY
  • sareefab offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products, in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery. However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise. Nonetheless, if you wish to raise a Returns request, kindly follow the policy as below –
  • A customer must raise a return request within the two days of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to support@sareefab.com – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.
  • A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with sareefab.com.In a usual Returns situation, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.
  • Stitched Merchandise CANNOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfits.
  • A Saree cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched.
  • A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned, if its blouse/ choli or lehenga has been custom stitched.
  • Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

REFUNDS

  • A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.

EXCHANGE

  • Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.
